Florida Licensed Talent Acquisition Specialist

Job Summary

To support a growing healthcare team, the full-time Florida Licensed Talent Acquisition Specialist will manage full-cycle recruiting for various healthcare professionals, including nurses and therapists, while working remotely and collaborating with operational leaders to meet hiring goals across the assigned Florida territory.

Key responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruiting for home health clinicians, including sourcing candidates and conducting interviews
• Build strong relationships with hiring managers and healthcare providers while maintaining talent pipelines
• Coordinate interviews, offers, onboarding, and track recruiting activity within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS)

Required qualifications

• Some college required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred
• Minimum 1 year of healthcare experience required
• Experience building professional healthcare relationships
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and experience using an ATS preferred
• Ability to travel throughout the assigned Florida territory for hiring events and networking
