Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

• Advise clients on tax strategies to achieve business objectives while minimizing costs
• Prepare and review complex federal, state, and local tax returns for various entities
• Lead and mentor staff, manage engagements, and build lasting client relationships

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting (required); Master's preferred
• CPA strongly preferred (EA accepted if CPA is not held)
• 5+ years of public accounting tax experience (supervisory experience preferred)
• Proficiency in tax software and Microsoft Office applications
• A proven track record of mentoring and delivering exceptional client service
