Florida Licensed Tax Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Tax Manager (Remote).

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the domestic ASC 740 income tax provision and manage the preparation and filing of all domestic income tax returns
• Oversee the calculation and submission of estimated tax payments and other tax filings, while partnering with internal stakeholders for accurate data
• Monitor changes in tax law, coordinate with external tax advisors, and manage IRS and state tax examinations

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting required; master's degree in taxation preferred
• Minimum 5-10 years of progressive corporate tax experience
• Strong technical knowledge of Federal, State, and Local income taxation and ASC 740
• Demonstrated experience with current and deferred tax calculations and disclosures
• Strong Microsoft Excel skills
