Florida Licensed Tax Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Manager, Tax Reporting & Compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead ASC 740 reporting, including analyses, disclosures, and management communications
• Identify and implement planning opportunities and integrate quarterly and year-end closing processes
• Manage cash tax and ETR modeling, including ASC 740 planning and continuous improvement of processes/software

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance or a related field
• 10+ years of tax reporting experience in a large, multi-national corporate tax or accounting firm environment
• In-depth understanding of tax systems' capabilities and major steps in the provision process
• Ability to identify and implement continuous process improvements
• Working knowledge of all major areas of tax law affecting the company
