Florida Licensed Tax Manager
Job Summary
Seeking a Florida Licensed Tax Manager, this full-time remote position will manage client relationships, prepare and review income tax returns, and provide tax projections and analysis for high-net-worth clients, all while ensuring a supportive work-life balance without the pressures of billable hours.
Key responsibilities:
- Prepare, review, and sign tax returns for individuals, trusts, and businesses
- Create quarterly estimates and projections while communicating clearly with clients
- Mentor and oversee a team of tax associates and support specialists
Required qualifications:
- Minimum 5+ years of public accounting experience or equivalent
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field
- CPA and/or EA certification required
- Strong knowledge of tax codes and general accounting principles
- Experience with CCH software is a plus
