Job Summary

A company is looking for an Experienced Tax Professional - Remote.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct tax interviews with clients and support online tax clients through virtual tools
• Generate business growth, increase client retention, and offer additional products and services
• Communicate and coordinate regularly with leaders and peers regarding remote work impact on results

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• High school diploma or equivalent; completion of continuing education requirements
• Experience completing individual tax returns and working in a fast-paced environment
• Access to high-speed, reliable internet and proficiency in technology (e.g., MS Teams, Outlook)
• Successful completion of the Tax Knowledge Assessment or equivalent
• Availability to work a minimum of 20 hours a week during peak tax season
