Job Summary

A company is looking for a Tax Senior Analyst to lead complex payroll tax activities and ensure compliance across various jurisdictions.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end payroll tax compliance, including preparation, filing, and remittance of taxes
• Lead reconciliations of tax accounts and support year-end tax reporting
• Resolve complex tax discrepancies and mentor junior analysts

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• Minimum 3+ years of payroll tax experience in a multi-client or outsourcing environment
• Experience with high-volume, multi-state payroll tax filings
• In-depth understanding of U.S. payroll tax laws and compliance requirements
• Prior exposure to tax audits and government agency correspondence preferred
