Key Responsibilities

• Serve as Technical Lead for Microsoft Power Platform solutions
• Lead development and support of Power Automate workflows and integrations
• Create and maintain technical documentation and mentor developers

Required Qualifications

• Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI)
• Experience with SQL Server, Oracle, or PostgreSQL
• Ability to guide team on development best practices
• Experience in overseeing code quality and security compliance
• Knowledge of release management and production readiness
