Required Qualifications
- Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI)
- Experience with SQL Server, Oracle, or PostgreSQL
- Ability to oversee code quality and compliance with standards
- Experience in release management and production readiness
- Mentoring experience for developers and knowledge transfer
