Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Principal Technology Consultant.

Key Responsibilities

Develop solutions for customers through technical configuration of Risk & Resilience products
Advise customers on best practices for configuring and implementing Risk & Resilience solutions
Lead technical aspects of project delivery and provide training and mentoring to team members

Required Qualifications

Current active ServiceNow certifications: Certified System Administrator (CSA) and Certified Implementation Specialist in Risk and Compliance (CIS-RC)
10-12 years of ServiceNow configuration/development experience, including Integrated Risk Management
Demonstrated ability to consult on Risk & Resilience solutions and influence stakeholders
Experience with web technologies and proficiency in ServiceNow scripting
Strong interpersonal skills and a customer-centric attitude
