Job Summary

Delivering comprehensive remote audiology services, the full-time Florida Licensed Tele Audiologist will conduct patient evaluations, provide technical support, and guide in-clinic staff through procedures while working remotely.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct patient evaluations and consultations via video, providing follow-up care and clinical diagnoses
• Guide patients through the hearing aid selection process and support clinic staff in improving case acceptance
• Troubleshoot technical issues with hearing aids and provide real-time support for device programming and adjustments

Required Qualifications

• Active Florida audiology license
• Experience in telehealth or remote patient care
• Strong knowledge of audiology practices and hearing aid technology
• Familiarity with insurance credentialing and billing processes
• Ability to collaborate effectively with clinic teams and provide training on remote care delivery
