Job Summary

Delivering comprehensive remote audiology services, the full-time Florida Licensed TeleAudiologist will conduct patient evaluations, support clinic staff, and provide technical troubleshooting, all while working remotely to ensure high-quality patient outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct patient evaluations and consultations via video, providing follow-up care and clinical diagnoses
• Guide patients through the hearing aid selection process and collaborate with clinic staff to improve case acceptance
• Troubleshoot hearing aid and software issues in real time while supporting clinics with remote device programming

Required Qualifications

• Active Florida audiology license
• Experience in telehealth or remote patient care
• Strong knowledge of hearing aids and audiology best practices
• Familiarity with insurance credentialing and billing processes
• Ability to work collaboratively with clinic teams and provide training as needed
