Job Summary

A company is looking for a RN, Telecare Nurse Triage.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle after-hours patient triaging and communication through various digital platforms
• Assess patient conditions and direct them to appropriate care settings as needed
• Document patient interactions and provide follow-up outreach for care coordination

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Nursing degree (BSN)
• Current RN license in the State of Florida
• Multistate Nursing License obtained within the first 90 days of hire
• Ambulatory Care Nursing Certification (AMB-BC) required within 36 months of hire
• Three years of clinical experience in specialty or five years covering multiple specialties
