Job Summary
To support patient care initiatives, the part-time Florida Licensed Telecare Nurse will triage and monitor patients remotely, manage inbound and outbound calls, and collaborate with healthcare providers while ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.
Key responsibilities
- Accurately assess patient conditions through effective communication and prioritization of care
- Document patient interactions and follow up as necessary to ensure continuity of care
- Provide appropriate telephone advice and education to patients based on established protocols
Required qualifications
- Current RN license in the State of Florida
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) required within 36 months for new hires
- Current BLS/Healthcare Provider certification; additional certifications (ACLS, NRP, PALS, TNCC) may be required based on patient population
- At least twelve months of hospital RN experience
- Commitment to professional development and meeting mandatory training requirements
