Job Summary

Offering a flexible work-from-home opportunity, the part-time Telecare Registered Nurse Triage will manage high-volume after-hours patient care concerns, utilizing evidence-based practice standards to provide triage, assessments, and care coordination for both Orlando Health and non-Orlando Health patients.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct after-hours patient triaging and manage communication via phone, text, video, and electronic messages
• Assess patient conditions, directing them to appropriate care settings as needed, and develop care plans based on protocols
• Document patient interactions accurately and provide follow-up outreach for symptom management and care coordination

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN) is required
• Three years of clinical experience in a specialty area or five years of clinical experience covering multiple specialties
• Current RN license in the State of Florida, with a Multistate Nursing License to be obtained within 90 days of hire
• Ambulatory Care Nursing Certification (AMB-BC) completion required within 36 months of hire
• Current BLS/Healthcare Provider certification is mandatory
