Job Summary

A company is looking for a Telecommunication Operator.

Key Responsibilities

• Receive, record, and respond to all phone calls, including emergency calls and oxygen alarms
• Process calls according to the situation and dispatch security personnel as needed
• Provide in-house paging services and assist clinic personnel in contacting on-call physicians

Required Qualifications

• Knowledge of the Nortel console and related equipment
• Experience in a medical/hospital environment or call center
• High School Diploma or GED preferred
• Basic minimum 1 year of switchboard experience
• Demonstrated knowledge of CRT/PC operations
