Key Responsibilities

• Analyze intake assessments including medical history and dietary habits
• Conduct diet and lifestyle counseling sessions via video
• Collaborate with healthcare providers and maintain accurate patient records

Required Qualifications

• Registered Dietitian with current certification from the Commission on Dietetic Registration (CDR)
• 1-year experience treating patients with complex women's health conditions
• Ability to operate effectively as an independent provider
• Active state license in Florida and at least one other state to practice as a Registered Dietitian
• Technical proficiency in tools such as EMR, Google Calendar, and Zoom
