Key Responsibilities

• Deliver patient care services through a remote technology platform
• Provide holistic evidence-based care, including assessment, diagnosis, treatment management, and health counseling for patients aged 18 months and above
• Document encounters utilizing an electronic health record (EHR)

Required Qualifications

• Active FNP licenses in Florida (FL), Massachusetts (MA), Ohio (OH), and Maryland (MD); pending licenses may be considered
• 1+ years of experience in primary care, urgent care, or hospital settings preferred
