Florida Licensed Telehealth Manager

Job Summary

Leading the Enterprise Telehealth programs within an assigned care domain, the full-time Florida Licensed Telehealth Manager will ensure compliance, technology integration, and operational performance while collaborating with various stakeholders to support telehealth initiatives remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Oversees the operation of telehealth programs, ensuring they are supported by necessary infrastructure and compliance measures
• Partners with clinical and operational leaders to translate approved program concepts into effective workflows and performance monitoring
• Manages the operating budget and financial stewardship for telehealth initiatives within the assigned domain, including variance monitoring and productivity tracking

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in healthcare or business-related field required; Master's degree preferred
• Seven years of hospital or healthcare experience, with three years in a supervisory or managerial role
• Proficiency in Epic Electronic Health Record and relevant telehealth modules
• PMP or CAPM certification preferred; active clinical licensure or health informatics credential is a plus
• Experience in telehealth, virtual care, or digital health program operations is preferred
