Job Summary

A company is looking for a MinuteClinic Virtual Care Provider - Full-Time.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide holistic, evidenced-based care including assessment, diagnosis, treatment, and health counseling for patients
• Evaluate and manage care for primary, acute, and chronically ill patients, including health education and counseling
• Document patient care in an electronic health record (EHR) and coordinate care with internal and external healthcare colleagues

Required Qualifications

• Current licensure as a Family Nurse Practitioner in Florida
• Minimum of two years of medically relevant experience or equivalent
• Completion of a Master's Degree level Family Nurse Practitioner program with National Board Certification
• Ability to work autonomously and collaborate with healthcare professionals as needed
• Proficiency in information management and technology
