Job Summary

To support a growing telehealth practice, the full-time Florida Licensed Telehealth Therapist will provide clinical services to children, adolescents, and adults dealing with mental health issues in a fully remote environment, with a flexible 40-hour workweek and opportunities for income growth through incentive compensation.

Key responsibilities

• Provide telehealth therapy services to a diverse client base, including children and families
• Manage a flexible caseload while meeting productivity expectations set by the organization
• Participate in ongoing training and supervision to enhance clinical skills and professional development

Required qualifications

• Master's Degree in social work or a related human services field from an accredited institution
• Florida license in mental health, social work, or marriage and family therapy
• Minimum of 1 year of experience providing clinical services to children and families
• Must reside in the state of Florida
• Successful completion of background screenings and credentialing requirements as outlined by the organization
