Job Summary
A company is looking for a Telephonic Case Manager.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with healthcare providers and employers to create and implement treatment plans for injured or disabled individuals
- Assess recovery progress and modify case goals based on treatment effectiveness
- Independently manage a caseload, prioritizing cases and completing related administrative duties
Required Qualifications
- Associates Degree or Bachelor's Degree in Nursing or a related field
- 2+ years of clinical practice experience preferred, especially in workers' compensation
- Active Compact Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing
- URAC-recognized certification in case management required
- Reliable internet connection is necessary
