Job Summary

A company is looking for a Telephonic Case Manager.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with healthcare providers and employers to create and implement treatment plans for injured or disabled individuals
  • Assess recovery progress and modify case goals based on treatment effectiveness
  • Independently manage a caseload, prioritizing cases and completing related administrative duties


Required Qualifications
  • Associates Degree or Bachelor's Degree in Nursing or a related field
  • 2+ years of clinical practice experience preferred, especially in workers' compensation
  • Active Compact Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing
  • URAC-recognized certification in case management required
  • Reliable internet connection is necessary
