Florida Licensed Telephonic Case Manager

Job Summary

Working remotely in a full-time capacity, the Florida Licensed Telephonic Case Manager will manage treatment plans for injured or disabled individuals, collaborating with healthcare providers and employers to facilitate their recovery and return to work.

Key responsibilities:

• Collaborate with treating physicians and employers to create and implement tailored treatment plans
• Assess the recovery of disabled persons through interviews and modify case goals based on progress
• Independently manage a caseload, prioritizing cases and preparing status updates for clients

Required qualifications:

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing
• URAC-recognized certification in case management (e.g., CCM, CDMS, CRC)
• Associate's or Bachelor's Degree in Nursing or a related field
• Minimum of 2 years of clinical practice experience, preferably in workers' compensation
• Reliable internet connection for remote work
