Florida Licensed Telephonic Nurse Case Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Triage Telephonic Nurse Case Manager, who will manage the initial medical care of Workers' Compensation claims.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide telephonic triage case management for Workers' Compensation claims at first notice of injury
• Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments and develop initial case management care plans
• Facilitate communication among injured workers, employers, and healthcare providers

Required Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing
• Minimum of three (3) years of clinical nursing experience
• At least one (1) year of Workers' Compensation case management experience preferred
• Working knowledge of Workers' Compensation medical management preferred
• Proficiency with computers and claims management systems
