Job Summary

A company is looking for a Triage Telephonic Nurse Case Manager.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct initial triage and telephonic case management for Workers' Compensation claims
  • Perform clinical assessments and develop case management care plans based on findings
  • Facilitate communication among injured workers, employers, and healthcare providers
Required Qualifications
  • Registered Nurse (RN) with an active and unrestricted state license
  • Minimum of 3 years of clinical nursing experience in relevant specialties
  • Workers' Compensation case management experience preferred
  • Prior telephonic case management or triage experience preferred
  • Strong understanding of clinical documentation and patient advocacy principles
