Job Summary
A company is looking for a Triage Telephonic Nurse Case Manager.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct initial triage and telephonic case management for Workers' Compensation claims
- Perform clinical assessments and develop case management care plans based on findings
- Facilitate communication among injured workers, employers, and healthcare providers
Required Qualifications
- Registered Nurse (RN) with an active and unrestricted state license
- Minimum of 3 years of clinical nursing experience in relevant specialties
- Workers' Compensation case management experience preferred
- Prior telephonic case management or triage experience preferred
- Strong understanding of clinical documentation and patient advocacy principles
