Job Summary

Providing clinical triage and telephonic case management for Workers' Compensation claims, the full-time Florida Licensed Telephonic Nurse Case Manager will ensure injured employees receive timely medical care and support early return-to-work outcomes while working remotely.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct initial triage and telephonic case management for Workers' Compensation claims
  • Perform clinical assessments to determine appropriate medical care and develop case management care plans
  • Facilitate communication among injured workers, employers, healthcare providers, and claims professionals
Required Qualifications
  • Active and unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license in Florida
  • Minimum of 3 years of clinical nursing experience in relevant specialties
  • Preferred experience in Workers' Compensation case management and telephonic triage
  • Strong understanding of clinical documentation and patient advocacy principles
  • Proficiency with case management software and Microsoft Office applications
