Job Summary
Providing clinical triage and telephonic case management for Workers' Compensation claims, the full-time Florida Licensed Telephonic Nurse Case Manager will ensure injured employees receive timely medical care while facilitating communication among all stakeholders in a fully remote environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct initial triage and telephonic case management for Workers' Compensation claims
- Perform clinical assessments to determine appropriate medical care and develop care plans
- Facilitate communication between injured workers, employers, and healthcare providers
Required Qualifications
- Active and unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license in Florida
- Minimum of 3 years of clinical nursing experience in relevant specialties
- Preferred experience in Workers' Compensation case management and telephonic triage
- Strong understanding of clinical documentation and patient advocacy principles
- Proficiency in case management software and Microsoft Office applications
