Job Summary

A company is looking for a Florida Licensed Therapist - 100% Remote (LMFT, LCSW, LCPC, LPC).

Key Responsibilities

Assess, plan, and implement individualized care strategies for members
Conduct individual counseling and group therapy sessions for adolescents and adults
Collaborate with members, families, and healthcare providers to develop and document care plans

Required Qualifications

LCSW, LMFT, LPC, or LMHC with a Florida license
Preferred experience with substance abuse populations
Background in maternal substance abuse is preferred
Experience working with adults and adolescents
Familiarity with Medicare and Medicaid procedures
