Job Summary

A company is looking for a Florida Licensed Therapist - 100% Remote (LMFT, LCSW, LCPC, LPC).

Key Responsibilities

Assess, plan, and implement individualized care strategies for members
Conduct individual counseling and group therapy sessions with adolescents and adults
Collaborate with healthcare providers to develop and document individualized plans of care

Required Qualifications

Licensed as LCSW, LMFT, LPC, or LMHC in Florida
Preferred experience with substance abuse populations
Background in maternal substance abuse is preferred
Experience working with adults and adolescents
Familiarity with Medicare and Medicaid procedures
