Job Summary

A company is looking for a Florida-licensed Therapist (LPC, LCSW, LMFT, LMHC) to support members in their Substance Use Disorder Program remotely.

Key Responsibilities

• Complete biopsychosocial assessments and provide individual and group therapy
• Collaborate with members, families, and healthcare providers to develop individualized care plans
• Document assessments, care plans, and referrals while achieving set goals and participating in team meetings

Required Qualifications

• Licensed as LCSW, LMFT, LPC, or LMHC in Florida
• Preferred experience with substance abuse populations and maternal substance abuse
• Experience working with adults and adolescents
• Familiarity with Medicare and Medicaid procedures
• Remote work experience is preferred
