Job Summary

To support a leading digital clinic for substance addictions, the full-time remote Florida Licensed Therapist (LPC or LCSW) will provide counseling through various communication methods, onboard new members, and utilize an AI-native EHR system to enhance member care while minimizing administrative tasks.

Key responsibilities:

• Provide weekly counseling to members via text, video, and phone calls to monitor their recovery progress
• Onboard users with initial assessments to gather relevant behavioral health history and symptoms
• Collaborate with cross-disciplinary teams to enhance member experience and provide feedback for product development

Required qualifications:

• Active, unrestricted LPC or LCSW license in good standing in Florida
• Master's Degree required
• 2+ years of clinical experience with CBT and/or behavioral support for substance use disorders
• Proficient in Motivational Interviewing (MI), Motivational Enhancement Therapy (MET), and Relapse Prevention
• Comfortable working in an AI-augmented care environment
