Job Summary
To support a family-focused Substance Use Disorder Program, the full-time Florida Licensed Therapist will remotely conduct biopsychosocial assessments, provide individual and group therapy, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to coordinate care for substance-exposed populations.
Key responsibilities
- Completing biopsychosocial assessments and developing individualized care plans
- Conducting individual counseling and group therapy for adolescents and adults
- Collaborating with healthcare providers and advocating for members' needs and choices
Required qualifications
- LCSW, LMFT, LPC, or LMHC licensed in Florida
- Preferred experience with substance abuse populations
- Background in maternal and substance abuse preferred
- Experience working with adults and adolescents
- Familiarity with Medicare and Medicaid procedures
