Job Summary

To support a growing virtual mental health practice, the full-time Florida Licensed Therapist will provide 100% remote outpatient therapy to clients with lower to moderate acuity populations, managing a consistent caseload while benefiting from minimal administrative burden and flexible scheduling.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver outpatient therapy through 60-minute sessions focused on conditions such as anxiety, depression, and trauma
• Maintain a consistent outpatient caseload with defined goals and minimal administrative tasks
• Exercise independent clinical judgment and decision-making while collaborating with a supportive operational team

Required qualifications

• Independently licensed therapist (LCSW, LMFT, LPC, LMHC, or equivalent) with an active, unrestricted license
• Two or more independent and active state licenses (excluding CA, NY, and MA)
• Experience in outpatient, community mental health, or structured clinical settings is highly desired
• Familiarity with evidence-based therapeutic modalities such as CBT, ACT, MI, or DBT-informed care is preferred
• Strong clinical judgment and comfort in managing a consistent outpatient caseload
