Job Summary

To support a growing virtual mental health practice, the full-time Florida Licensed Therapist will provide outpatient therapy for lower to moderate acuity populations in a fully remote environment, focusing on evidence-based treatment while managing a consistent caseload with minimal administrative burden.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver 100% remote outpatient therapy sessions, including 60-minute intakes and follow-ups
• Maintain a consistent caseload with defined goals and collaborate with an in-house referral network
• Exercise clinical autonomy in treatment decisions while adhering to evidence-based standards

Required qualifications

• Independently licensed therapist (LCSW, LMFT, LPC, LMHC or equivalent) with an active, unrestricted license
• Two or more independent and active state licenses (excluding CA, NY, and MA)
• Experience in outpatient, community mental health, or structured clinical settings is highly desired
• Strong clinical judgment and comfort managing a consistent outpatient caseload
• Familiarity with structured, skills-based modalities (e.g., CBT, ACT, MI, DBT-informed care) is a plus
