Job Summary
Supporting the Third-Party Risk Management program, the full-time Florida Licensed Third-Party Risk Analyst will execute risk assessments, maintain vendor profiles, and assist with ongoing monitoring and reporting in a remote capacity.
Key responsibilities
- Perform initial and periodic inherent/residual vendor risk assessments across various domains
- Issue and track standardized questionnaires, reviewing relevant vendor documentation and certifications
- Maintain accurate vendor inventories and support contract reviews by identifying standard risk clauses
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business, information systems, cybersecurity, risk management, or a related field
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in risk, compliance, vendor management, procurement, or audit
- Working knowledge of risk frameworks (e.g., NIST CSF/800-53, ISO 27001) and industry regulations (e.g., GLBA, HIPAA)
- Proficiency with Excel/Sheets and familiarity with GRC/TPRM tools
- Strong analytical and documentation skills with the ability to maintain confidentiality
