Job Summary

A company is looking for a Title Examiner - Sr Title Examiner.

Key Responsibilities

• Search and examine title records to ensure accuracy and completeness
• Create accurate title commitments and reports for basic to moderately complex title orders
• Answer member questions and resolve moderately complex title issues

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• Experience in title examination and knowledge of the title insurance industry
• Proficiency in Title Insurance software such as Resware, e-closing, or ATIDS
• Experience with Mapping and Metes and Bounds
• Knowledge of legal descriptions and real property law
• Basic math proficiency and ability to learn mapping techniques
