Job Summary

A company is looking for a Title Examiner III responsible for examining title orders and providing title opinions based on public records.

Key Responsibilities

• Examine title orders to determine conditions of title and insurability
• Analyze record documents for ownership and legal descriptions
• Prepare accurate title commitments in accordance with company procedures

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• Minimum 8 years' experience in retail purchase title examination in Florida
• Proficient in examining and mapping Florida metes and bounds
• Advanced knowledge of complex title matters including probate and foreclosure
• High school diploma or equivalent with specialized training in relevant software
• Minimum of four years of industry experience
