Job Summary
A company is looking for a Commercial/Residential Title Examiner.
Key Responsibilities
- Search and examine commercial title records, creating accurate title commitments and reports
- Verify property and tax information, ensuring completeness and accuracy
- Prepare final title products and support the Searching Unit as needed
Required Qualifications and Education
- Minimum of 2 years of Title Industry experience
- Knowledge of real property law and title insurance practices
- Familiarity with real property computer database programs
- Basic computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to work effectively under time constraints and manage multiple tasks
