Job Summary

A company is looking for a Commercial/Residential Title Examiner.

Key Responsibilities
  • Search and examine commercial title records, creating accurate title commitments and reports
  • Verify property and tax information, ensuring completeness and accuracy
  • Prepare final title products and support the Searching Unit as needed
Required Qualifications and Education
  • Minimum of 2 years of Title Industry experience
  • Knowledge of real property law and title insurance practices
  • Familiarity with real property computer database programs
  • Basic computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Ability to work effectively under time constraints and manage multiple tasks
