Job Summary
To support a dynamic real estate operations team, the full-time remote Florida Licensed Transaction Coordinator will manage time-sensitive transaction tasks, serve as a liaison among various stakeholders, and ensure compliance and accuracy from contract execution through closing.
Key responsibilities
- Manage time-sensitive transaction tasks from executed contract to close, focusing on delivering a high-quality customer experience
- Serve as a liaison between buyers, sellers, agents, lenders, and other stakeholders to ensure a seamless transaction process
- Coordinate closings with title companies and lenders, ensuring all required documentation is accurate and timely
Required qualifications
- At least 2+ years of experience in a real estate transaction coordination role or relevant operations experience
- Active Real Estate license in Florida is required
- Proficiency with real estate software and MLS systems
- Working knowledge of regional real estate regulations and compliance requirements
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment while staying aligned with a broader team
