Job Summary

Experienced in real estate transaction coordination, the full-time Florida Licensed Transaction Coordinator will manage time-sensitive tasks from executed contract to closing, serving as the central point of contact for agents and all transaction parties in a remote setting.

Key responsibilities
  • Manage time-sensitive transaction tasks, ensuring a high-quality customer experience throughout the process
  • Serve as a liaison between buyers, sellers, agents, lenders, and other stakeholders to facilitate a seamless transaction process
  • Coordinate closings with title companies and lenders, ensuring all documentation is accurate and timely
Required qualifications
  • At least 2+ years of experience in a real estate transaction coordination role or relevant operations experience
  • Active Real Estate license in Florida is required
  • Proficiency with real estate software and MLS systems
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Working knowledge of regional real estate regulations and compliance requirements
