Job Summary

To support luxury travel planning, the full-time Florida Licensed Travel Advisor will manage customer inquiries, resolve travel-related issues, and negotiate with external providers while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries about travel arrangements and implement effective solutions
• Collaborate with internal teams to troubleshoot issues and ensure timely resolutions
• Negotiate with vendors to resolve issues related to loyalty points, program exceptions, and fee waivers

Required qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Two or more years of experience in the travel industry with proficiency in Global Distribution Systems (GDS)
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office programs, including Excel, Word, and Outlook
• Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively in an online environment
• Strong interpersonal skills for managing customer relationships
