Job Summary

A company is looking for an Afterhours Triage Registered Nurse for hospice care, working full-time on weekends.

Key Responsibilities

• Assess physical, environmental, and emotional factors to determine hospice needs
• Utilize EHR to develop recommendations and provide patient/caregiver education
• Collaborate with pharmacies and other agencies for effective patient management

Required Qualifications

• Current, unencumbered RN license in the assigned state
• One year of experience as a registered nurse
• Current CPR certification
• Knowledge of the needs of terminally ill patients and their caregivers
• Comfortable with technology and willing to obtain additional RN licenses in other states
