Florida Licensed Triage Nurse

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Remote Triage Nurse (RN).

Key Responsibilities

• Respond promptly to incoming calls and assess patient symptoms to determine the appropriate level of care
• Provide home care instructions and document patient encounters in the Electronic Medical Record
• Participate in staff meetings, ongoing education, and maintain current nursing licensure

Required Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing and a current Registered Nurse with Multi State License
• Minimum of 5+ years of recent clinical experience in critical care, emergency, and/or telephonic triage
• Participation in continuing education programs
• Strong computer skills, including proficiency with EMR systems and Microsoft Office Suite
• Ability to work rotating shifts, including weekends and holidays
