Florida Licensed Triage Nurse
Job Summary
To support the West Florida Division's Women's Health practice, the full-time Florida Licensed Triage Nurse will assess patient symptoms via phone, provide guidance on health concerns, and facilitate referrals while working remotely from 8 AM to 5 PM, Monday through Friday.
Key responsibilities
- Assess patient symptoms using established nursing protocols and guidelines for triage
- Provide education and advice on common health concerns and home care
- Facilitate referrals and appointment scheduling to ensure continuity of care
Required qualifications
- Associate's degree in Nursing (required)
- Registered Nurse (RN) license (required)
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification (required)
- 2+ years of Labor & Delivery care experience (required)
- Bilingual proficiency in English and another language (preferred)
