Florida Licensed Triage RN

Job Summary

A company is looking for an RN, Triage to provide telephonic support to patients and families.

Key Responsibilities

• Triage phone calls and ensure callers' needs are met efficiently
• Provide telephone advice and education for patient needs
• Document patient/family contact information and communicate with the Interdisciplinary Group

Required Qualifications and Education

• Current Florida or multi-state RN license, with ability to obtain additional licenses as needed
• Minimum of one year nursing experience, preferably in hospice or hospital settings
• Experience with EMR/EHR systems
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle stressful situations professionally
• Proficiency in MS Office and basic computer operations
