Job Summary

A company is looking for an RN, Care Advisor - Triage.

Key Responsibilities

• Triage phone calls and provide telephone advice and education for patient needs
• Accurately document patient information and enter data into electronic medical records
• Provide reassurance to patients and families, coordinating in-person visits when necessary

Required Qualifications

• Current Florida or multi-state RN license, with the ability to obtain licenses in Washington D.C
• Minimum of one year nursing experience, preferably in hospice or hospital settings
• Experience with EMR/EHR systems
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage emotional stress
• Proficiency in computer operations and MS Office applications
