Florida Licensed Triage RN Coordinator

Job Summary

Providing tiered after-hours phone support, the full-time Florida Licensed Triage RN Coordinator will deliver clinical guidance, manage patient care coordination, and perform telehealth visits while working remotely from Thursday to Sunday, 5 PM to 1 AM.

Key responsibilities

• Provide after-hours clinical support and guidance to clients and community partners
• Monitor workflow and assist direct care staff to ensure high-quality patient care
• Document real-time patient information and collaborate effectively across teams

Required qualifications

• Graduate of an approved nursing program with a current unrestricted Florida RN license
• Valid CPR certification
• Minimum one year of experience in an acute-care hospital environment; hospice experience preferred
• CHPN certification encouraged within three years of employment
• BSN or MSN preferred; equivalent experience and education may be considered
