A company is looking for a Trial Attorney - Subrogation (Remote).

Key Responsibilities

• Handles a consistent workload of subrogation files, including pre-suit investigation and trial work
• Collaborates with the Lead Attorney on pre-suit and litigated files, including litigation initiation and trial phases
• Conducts legal actions to protect subrogation interests and prepares appeals with necessary research

Required Qualifications

• 5-7 years of experience litigating property subrogation claims
• Substantial experience with research, discovery depositions, mediations, and trial preparation
• Juris Doctor (JD) degree required
