Job Summary

A company is looking for an Early Career Trial Attorney (South Florida - Remote).

Key Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of insurance defense litigation from case inception to verdict
• Gather and organize documents, evidence, and legal research for cases
• Conduct legal research and prepare summaries and reports on relevant laws and regulations

Required Qualifications

• Juris Doctorate and active membership in good standing with the Florida State Bar
• Successful completion of courses focused on legal research, writing, and analysis
• Demonstrated strong time management skills
• Understanding of the discovery process and case file organization
• Must be commutable distance to courthouses throughout the greater Fort Lauderdale-Miami area
