Job Summary

A company is looking for an Early Career Trial Attorney to handle legal defense cases remotely.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of insurance defense litigation from case inception to verdict
• Gather and organize documents, evidence, and conduct legal research for cases
• Prepare and draft legal documents, and attend court hearings and other legal proceedings

Required Qualifications

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
• Active license to practice law in the state of Florida
• Experience in litigation or trial advocacy is preferred
• Knowledge of relevant laws and regulations
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple cases
